Mala Beads
Let's talk about Yoga and using Mala in this beautiful Day!
We all know Yoga is more than just physical postures. It’s a mental and spiritual way too to reach your higher energies.
Yoga can help to achieve your DREAMS, no matter how big they are. But of course you have to practice.
I started to create "mala beads" because I had a feeling they are really helpful into my meditation and mantra practice.
For those of you who don’t know, mala beads are meditation garlands that have been worn for thousands of years in the traditions of Buddhism, Hinduism, yoga and meditation.
I believe that malas can hold powerful intentions and strength because we infuse with this devotion and appreciation.
When I made my first mala, just wanted to try if I can manage to make it so powerful like all those mala beads from special places.
Honestly I was surprised. Of course from many years I'm practising Tibetan Healing and I know many different kind of techniques, and of course I used all of my knowlege to fill up this beautiful creation with healing and strong energies, but I was amazed how powerful worked from the first time.
So I decided to start a new chapter in my life, and I started to create malas.
I helped already a lot of people to get they dreams come true and I cannot wait to give some more.
I'm very focused to the healing qualities, colours, and healing crystals, that's why each of them have their own energy and intention.
You can use them to reach protection, love, prosperity, let it go, peace, healing, happiness etc.
Ask Yourself What do I want to reach?
Your mala will give you the answer. It's just such a powerful tool.
Every time when you look at your mala, you will know where you have to focus. It will remind you, you're not alone, you're complete and perfect as you are, and you can reach everything.
Sending Love and Peace and Wish you a great practice.
